1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the vl999 platform and all its services. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you ("User") and the vl999 operator ("Platform").

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, on the same device, from the same IP address, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited.

If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be immediately suspended or closed, and all earned bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, contact details — must be completely truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure.

3 Account Management

3.1 Security & Password

3.2 Inactive Accounts

4 Financial Transactions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Errors

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at vl999 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Depositing ৳34,000 or more applies the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total to ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not the original deposit). For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each account may benefit from each promotion only once.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Each bonus has a specific expiry period; unused bonuses are cancelled once expired.
• vl999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another account.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the vl999 platform are operated using technology that ensures fair and impartial outcomes. Under the fair play policy, every player has an equal chance.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted.

6.3 Cancellations & Results

vl999 reserves the right to cancel any bet or round in the event of a technical error or unusual circumstances. The full amount of a cancelled bet will be refunded. vl999's decision is considered final in determining the outcome.

6.4 Sports Betting

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or operate games.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems, network, or databases.
• Fraudulent activities involving other users.
• Harassing behavior toward platform officials or staff.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Creating multiple accounts from a single household or group of acquaintances to obtain bonus benefits.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the prohibited activities above, vl999 will immediately close the account, forfeit all bonuses and associated winnings, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Intellectual Property

All content published on the vl999 website — logos, graphics, text, software, design elements — belongs to the intellectual property of vl999 or the relevant licensor. Reproducing, modifying, distributing, or commercially using this content without permission is prohibited.

The game software used on the platform is protected under the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.).

9 Limitation of Liability

The vl999 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. vl999 is not liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, or third-party service failures.
